Ingredients
Two cups of carrots, one cup of orange juice, two tablespoons of chopped ginger, half a tablespoon of black salt, salt to taste, three-fourth of chilli powder, two tablespoons of butter, and one tablespoon of roasted cumin powder.
Chop carrots
Start by finely chopping red carrots and extracting orange juice. Add this to a pan.
Add spices
Turn on the flame and add ginger, black salt, salt, and red chilli powder. Cook this for 20 minutes.
Blend
Add butter and roasted cumin to the pan and mix. Turn off the heat and blend the mixture into a smooth puree.
Serve
Your spread is ready. Apply this to a toast and enjoy a healthy breakfast.
