Ingredients
Two cups of mushroom, 10 garlic cloves, one tablespoon of butter, one slice of multigrain bread, black pepper, salt, chilli flakes to taste, one tablespoon of parsley, grated cheese, and half a cup of cream
Saute mushrooms
Cut mushrooms into small slices and add it to the pan. Saute the mushrooms by adding butter, garlic, onions, salt pepper, and chilli falkes.
Assemble toast
Take a slice of multigrain bread and add sautéed mushrooms to it. Add some cheese and cream on top.
Cook toast
Take the pan and place your toast in it. Toast it for a few minutes until golden brown.
Garnish and serve
Take the cooked toast and sprinkle some fresh parsley and oregano on top. Enjoy it hot with a cup of coffee.
