Ingredients
Two cups of makhana, half a cup of peanuts, one tablespoon of olive oil or ghee, half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, half a teaspoon of coriander powder, half a teaspoon of cumin powder, a pinch of black pepper, one tablespoon of lemon juice, one teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of chilli powder, and two teaspoons of chaat masala.

Dry roast makhanas and peanuts in a pan on a low heat. Toss them until they are golden and crunchy.
Mix spices
Now, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper, black salt, salt, oregano and chaat masala.
Coat the spices
Evenly coat the spices to the makhana and roast it again for 20-3 minutes. Do the until it is aromatic.
Garnish
Add roasted makhanas and roasted peanuts to all the ingredients. Combine them well, and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve
Transfer all this into a bowl and add the lemon juice for a tangy flavour. You can also add namkeen or sev for added crunchiness.
