These are high in essential fatty acids, vitamin B, protein, and minerals, all of which are beneficial to the developing foetus's growth.

Chia Seeds

Chia seeds are one of these seeds because they are high in Omega-3 fatty acids, which are necessary for a fetus's brain growth throughout pregnancy.

Pumpkin seeds

Nausea can be relieved by eating pumpkin seeds. One spoonful of pumpkin seeds helps protect you from feeling pukish.

Sunflower Seeds
