Ingredients
Two cups of whole wheat flour, one cup of ghee, one cup of jaggery, half a cup of almonds, one-fourth cup of cashews, one-fourth cup of pistachios, one tablespoon of raisins, and one teaspoon of cardamom.
Roast atta
Take a pan and add some ghee in it. Add atta (wheat flour) to it and roast until it turns golden brown.
Cool down flour
Turn off the flame and let the flour cool down completely. Grind the mixture to make fine powder.
Add jaggery
Spread the powder on a plate and add jaggery powder to it. Mix it well to combine the ingredients.
Add dry fruits
Add almonds, cashews, pistachios, raisins, and cardamom powder to the mixture. Mix it well to combine everything.
Shape pinnins
Grease your hands with a little bit of ghee and shape the mixture into small balls. Let them set for 4-5 hours and enjoy.
