Ingredients
Half a cup of semolina, half a cup of rice flour, half a teaspoon of cumin seeds, half a cup of ghee, a teaspoon of curry leaves, one-fourth cup of chopped onions, a teaspoon of green chillies, one tablespoon of curd, salt to taste, and 3-4 tablespoons of chopped coriander.
Prepare batter
Combine suji, rice flour, salt and water in a bowl. Make a runny batter and leave for 3-4 hours to ferment.
Add vegetables
Now, add chopped onions, green chillies and coriander leaves to the mixture and combine it well.
Heat pan
Take a non-stick pan and grease with a little oil or ghee. Add a few drops of water and wipe with a clean muslin cloth.
Cook dosa
Grease the pan with ghee and pour two ladles of batter. Spread it evenly in a thin circle. Cook it from both sides until golden brown and crispy.
Serve dosa
Once the dosa is cooked, fold it in half. Garnish with some onions and serve with coconut chutney and sambhar on the side.
