Ingredients
Two cups of whole milk, 10-12 almonds, 4-5 dates, two teaspoons of sugar, one teaspoon of cardamom powder, 8-10 strands of saffron, and chopped almonds and pistachios.
Grind almonds and dates
Take a mixer and add almonds, de-seeded dates and some milk. Blend this into a smooth paste.
Boil milk
Take a saucepan and add milk with cardamom powder, and saffron. Let the milk boil for a few minutes.
Simmer milk
Now, add sugar and the prepared dates and almond paste to this. Let the milk simmer for 2-3 minutes until it starts to thicken.
Garnish
Turn off the flame and garnish the nutritious badam milk with chopped almonds and pistachios. Serve it warm.
