Ingredients

One beetroot, one and a half cups of water, one-fourth cup sugar, salt to taste, chopped paneer, two tablespoons of cream cheese, and one-fourth cup of chopped green onions.

Boil beetroot

Slice and peel beetroot into thin slices, then boil them in salted water for about two minutes. Then strain them

Prepare filling

Take a bowl, and add cream chees, green onions, and paneer slices with some salt. Mix them all well and combine.

Assemble dumplings

Section beetroot into small different rounds. Add the prepared filling and then seal it.

Garnish

Garnish the beetroot dumplings with some basil leaves and chilli oil. Serve it with chilli sauce.
