Ingredients
One cup of whole wheat flour, one cup of ghee, one cup of water, one cup of sugar, two tablespoons of chopped almonds, and one tablespoon of raisins.
Roast the flour
Melt ghee in a pan and add flour to it. Roast it on a low flame until it has turned golden brown.
Melt sugar or jaggery
Take a separate pan and add sugar with one cup of water. Melt it until it turns to syrup.
Roast dry fruits
Take the same pan and add ghee with dry fruits. Roast them for 5-10 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
Mix ingredients
Add sugar syrup and roasted nuts to the pan and cook it until sugar is absorbed.
Garnish
Garnish the delicious kada prasad with raisins and nuts on top.
