Ingredients
10-12 lotus biscoff biscuits, one-fourth cup of melted unsalted butter, one cup of crushed biscoff, two tablespoons of condensed milk, 2-3 tablespoons of sugar, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, one cup of paneer, 3-4 tablespoons of hung curd, and a teaspoon of lemon juice.
Crush biscoff biscuits
Take biscoff biscuits and crush them into small crumbs. Add melted butter and mix it well until golden brown.
Prepare cream cheese filling
Take a mixer and add paneer, hung curd, condensed milk, and vanilla essence. Blend it into a smooth mixture.
Assemble cheesecake
Add the first layer of biscoff biscuits in the jar and press them down using a spoon. Pour the second layer of prepared cream cheese filling.
Garnish and refrigerate
Refrigerate the cheesecake for 2-3 hours and garnish with crushed biscoff crumble, biscoff spread and whipped cream.
