Ingredients
One cup of rava (semolina, suji), a pinch of salt, one-fourth cup of yoghurt (curd), one cup of water, half a teaspoon of eno or baking powder, 2-3 tablespoons of tomato sauce, a teaspoon of chilli sauce, half a teaspoon of chilli flakes, 4-8 slices of bread, one cup of vegetables (tomato, onion, capsicum, corn), 1-2 tablespoons of ghee, grated cheese, salt and black pepper as per taste.
Prepare batter
Take a bowl and add suji, curd, salt, water, and baking powder. Whisk it well to combine and rest it for 15-20 minutes.
Prepare pizza sauce
Take another bowl and add tomato ketchup, chilli sauce , chilli flakes, and oregano. Srir it well to combine.
Prepare toppings
Now, chop bell peppers, capsicum, onion, and tomatoes into smaller pieces. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
Assemble the pizza
Now, take bread slices and add the prepared batter on top, add chopped vegetables, and top it with grated cheese.
Cook pizza
Take a pan and heat butter on it. Add the bread slices on it. Cook it on a low flame until cheese is melted and bread is crispy.
Serve
Cut the bread into two diagonal pieces after the bread pizza is done. Sprinkle some oregano on top. Serve it with tomato ketchup on mint chutney on the side.
