Ingredients
Two tablespoons of oats, two tablespoons of makhanas, 10 cashews, one tablespoon of raisins, four dates, one tablespoon of pumpkin seeds, one tablespoon of watermelon seeds, three dried figs, 10 soaked almonds, and two cups of water
Soak overnight
Take a small glass bowl and add oats, makhanas, cashews, raisins, dates, pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds, and dried figs. Soak them in overnight.
Blanch almonds
Take soaked almonds and remove their skin by cooling them in cold water.
Grind
Take the soaked ingredients with the soaked almonds and add them to a blender. Blend this by adding one cup of water.
Blend
Blend the smoothie nicely for atleast 3-4 minutes until it is smooth and creamy. You can also add more water according to the consistency.
Garnish
Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with grated almonds and pistachios. Serve it chilled.
