Ingredients
Four onions large, three cups refined flour, one tsp red chilli powder, one teaspoon mixed dried herbs, salt, one teaspoon onion powder, black peppercorns, three tablespoons fresh parsley, three-fourth cup drinking soda, one and a half cups nachos, half cup dried bread crumbs, oil.
Prepare the Onions
Peel and slice the onions into thick rings. Separate each ring carefully and set them aside for coating.
Make the Coating
Mix In a container, mix refined flour, red chilli powder, onion powder, salt, black peppercorns, and dried herbs. Add crushed nachos and bread crumbs.
Add Fresh Ingredients
Mix in the fresh parsley and drinking soda to the flour mixture. This will help the batter stick to the onions and make them crispy.
Coat the Onion Rings
You have to dip each onion ring into the coating mixture. Kindly ensure they are well-coated on all sides. Try to remove/drip off extra batter drip off.
Fry the Onion Rings
In a deep pan pour some oil to heat. Fry the coated onion rings in batches until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
