Ingredients
One cup thin poha, two potatoes, one-fourth tsp turmeric, half tsp kashmiri red chili powder, half tsp garam masala powder, one-fourth tsp aamchur, half tsp chaat masala, half tsp ginger garlic paste, one-fourth tsp black pepper, one tbsp corn flour, salt, two tbsp coriander leaves, one cup bread crumbs, two tbsp corn flour, one tbsp maida, one-fourth tsp black pepper, water.
Prepare Poha
You have to rinse the poha under cold water, after that, remove the excess water. Let it sit for five minutes to soften fully.
Mash Potatoes & Add Spices
You have to mash the boiled potatoes and mix in turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, aamchur, chaat masala, ginger garlic paste, and salt.
Combine Poha & Bind
You can add the soaked poha to the mashed potatoes. Stir them well, afterwards, add corn flour and finely chopped coriander leaves to bind everything.
Shape the Cutlets
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round or oval cutlets. Gently press to form even patties.
Coat with Batter & Bread Crumbs
Prepare a batter by mixing maida, corn flour, black pepper, salt, and water. Now, coat the cutlets with the batter and breadcrumbs.
Fry & Serve
In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Now, fry the cutlets till they get golden and crispy on both sides. Serve it hot!
