Ingredients
Two cups whole wheat, salt, two cups fresh methi leaves, water, oil, three potatoes large, one and a half tbsp coriander seeds, two tsp cumin, two green chilli, two tsp ginger, one chilli powder, handful coriander leaves, two tsp chaat masala, two tsp coriander powder.
Make the dough
Flour and salt are put into a bowl. Water should be added gradually until kneaded into smooth dough. Cover the dough and give rest to it for 15 minutes.
Make filling
Mash boiled potatoes with chopped methi, green chillies, ginger, coriander, and spices. Mix thoroughly until the filling is even.
