Easy Recipe To Make Sabudana Momos For Navratri Fasting

Ingredients

Half a cup of aprajita flowers, one cup of water, one cup of sabudana, one cup of paneer, half a teaspoon of ginger, half a teaspoon of green chillies, a few coriander leaves, one teaspoon of black pepper, and rock salt to taste.

Boil aprajita flowers

Take a saucepan and add one cup of water with aprajita flowers. Boil it for a few minutes and strain it to get the blue water.

Soak sabudana

Take a bowl and add one cup of sabudana with one cup of aprajita water. Keep it soaked for sometime.

Prepare filling

Take a bowl and add paneer, ginger, coriander leaves, black pepper, green chillies, and rock salt. Mix them properly.

Make dough

Mash subudana and knead a soft dough out of soaked sabudana pearls. Flatten it from your hands.

Shape momos

Now divide the dough into different circles and fill them with the prepared filling. Shape them into small balls.

Steam momos

Place the momos into a steamer and steam them for 10 minutes. Serve it with coriander sauce.
