Gather ingredients
5-6 leftover rotis, homemade tomato sauce, paneer cubes, grated cheese, oregano, chilli flakes, 3-4 tablespoons of corn, chopped olives, and bell peppers.
Prepare base
Start by generously applying homemade tomato sauce to the roti. After this layer the base with cheese.
Add toppings
Top the pizza with the vegetables of your choice. You can add paneer cubes, bell peppers, corn, onions, and olives.
Layer paneer
Now, add grated cheese and paneer on the top layer. This will give a boost of protein and make pizza creamy.
Cook the pizza
Layer the pan with ghee or butter and place your pizza in it. Cook it on a low flame until crisps and cheese is completely melted.
Cut and serve
Divide the pizza into different slices and sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes on top. Serve the pizza with cheesy dip or homemade tomato sauce.
