Ingredients
2 tablespoons chilli powder, 2 tablespoons garlic powder, 2 tablespoons ginger powder, 2 tablespoons onion powder, 2 tablespoons black pepper, 2 tablespoons mustard seeds, 2 tablespoons oil, 10-12 leftover idli, 2 tablespoons peri peri masala, 6-10 curry leaves, 2 cups chopped onions, 2 cups chopped tomatoes
Blend spices
Add all the spices in a mixer and grind them finely to get a smooth powder.
Heat oil
Put some oil, mustard seeds, and curry leaves in it and let them heat for some time.
Saute vegetables
Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and cook them until they turn golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Add seasoning
Now properly cover your small pieces of idli with the per peri masala.
Saute idli
Place these coated idli in the pan and fry them until they become crispy.
Serve
Serve these peri peri masala idli with coconut chutney and sambhar.
