Ingredients
6-8 oranges, one and a half cups of granulated sugar, one lemon, one tablespoon of orange zest, one cup of water.

Take a pan and add orange zest, orange juice, lemon juice, water and sugar. Give the mixture a boil and stir occasionally to avoid burning.

Pour the marmalade into sterlized container ans store it in fridge upto 6 months. Serve this orange marmalade with a toast and butter.
