Ingredients
Half litre full cream milk, two tbsp custard powder, three tbsp cold milk, one-fourth cup sugar, one-fourth tsp cardamom powder/elaichi powder, 10 green grapes, 10 red grapes, one small sized banana, one-fourth cup pomegranate seeds, one small sized mango, half medium-sized apple.
Make Custard Base
Combine cold milk with custard powder. You have to add boiling milk, sugar, and cardamom powder. Mix it well.
Chill the Custard
You have to set the custard aside to cool at room temperature and then refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Get the Fruits Ready
Wash and cut the banana, mango, and apple, slice the grapes, and take out pomegranate seeds to put everything together.
Combine Fruits with Custard
When the custard has cooled, carefully fold in the cut fruits. Here fruits should not damage and incorporate well.
Pack for Tiffin
Place the fruit custard in a container with a lid. Keep refrigerated until it is time to serve. Share it with your colleagues.
