Ingredients
Half cup of all the dried fruits (walnuts, raisins, almonds, cashews, pistachios, coconut), half cup of ghee, 10 dried dates, one teaspoon of black pepper, one teaspoon of ginger powder, half cup of cottage cheese, two cups of sugar, one teaspoon of cinnamon, one teaspoon of cardamom powder, two tablespoons of dried rose petals, and boiling water.
Soak dried fruits
Take a bowl with some lukewarm water into it. Add walnuts, almonds, cashews, pistachios, and raisins. Soak them for 30 minutes.
Roast nuts
Take a pan and add some ghee with walnuts, almonds, cashews, pistachios, and raisins.Roast them on low flame and grind them into a fine mixture.
Roast paneer
In the same pan, add paneer cubes, ghee, and dried coconuts. Mix this well with the dried fruit mixture.
Add sugar and spices
Now, add black pepper powder, ginger powder, cinnamon, cardomom , dried rose petals, and sugar. Cook it for 10 minutes on medium flame until sugar is dissolved.
Serve
Turn off the flame and serve it warm. Store it in an airtight container to keep it fresh and crisp.
