Ingredients
Two cups of water, two tablespoons of Kahwa tea, one stick of cinnamon, two cardamoms, one tablespoon of honey, a few saffron strands, and chopped almonds.
Boil water
Take a saucepan and add water with cinnamon, cardamom, and saffron. Let it brew for a few minutes.
Brew tea
Now, add two tablespoons of kahwa tea leaves to the pan. Let the tea simmer for a few minutes.
Strain
Strain the kahwa tea and add one tablespoon of honey to it. Stir it well.
Serve
Serve the Kashmiri kahwa tea hot and garnish it with some chopped almonds.
