Ingredients
One cup of raw hazelnuts, four cups of water, two tablespoons of honey, one teaspoon of vanilla extract, and one tablespoon of cacao powder
Soak hazelnuts
In a glass bowl, take one cup of hazelnuts. Soak hazelnuts overnight or atleast for eight hours in cold water.
Grind hazelnuts
Strain the soaked hazelnuts and put them in the blender with four cups of water and add vanilla extract to this.
Blend
Blend this for two minutes until it turns into a smooth paste. You can add cacao powder to this for extra flavour.
Strain
Now, strain the mixture using a mesh cloth or a sieve. Squeeze it slowly to extract the hazelnut milk.
Store milk
Now, store the hazelnut milk in a glass bottle. Refrigerate it, and you can use it for upto 2-3 days.
