Fries are one of the favourite things that kids eat. Baked carrot fries are a healthier alternative to fried potato ones. Tap to read the easy recipe to make baked carrot fries for kids.

Ingredients

5-6 carrots, two tablespoons of olive oil, a pinch of sugar, half a tablespoon of coriander powder, and salt according to taste.

Cut carrots

Start by thoroughly washing carrots in warm water and cutting them into thin slice-like strips.

Mix ingredients

Take a bowl and add chopped carrot strips, olive oil, coriander powder, and sugar. Toss it well to mix properly.

Prepare for baking

Take a baking tray, lay it with aluminium foil, and grease it with some butter. Lay carrot strips on it.

Bake fries

Put the tray with carrot strips in the oven at 100°C for 20 minutes. Bake them until they are golden brown.

Garnish

Garnish the fries with salt and peri peri seasonings on top. Pair the fries with homemade mayonnaise.
