Ingredients
6-7 tablespoons of bread flour, half a teaspoon of salt, one-fourth teaspoon of black pepper, one-fourth teaspoon of sugar, half a cup of milk, instant yeast, half a cup of breadcrumbs, half a block of cheese, and vegetable oil for frying.
Prepare batter
Take a big bowl and add flour, sugar, yeast, salt, and sugar. Slowly add warm milk to this until it is well combined. Let the batter rest for 30-60 minutes.
Prepare corndog sticks
Take the sticks and divide the cheese block into 4-5 pieces. Add the cheese to each block and refrigerate it.
Heat the oil
Take a pan and add 2-3 inches of vegetable oil to it. Heat the oil on a medium flame for 5-6 minutes.
Coat corndogs
Now, take each refrigerated stick and dip it into the prepared batter. Then coat them into crispy breadcrumbs.
Fry corndogs
Now, carefully add the corndogs to the oil. Fry them for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Place on paper towel to drain excess oil.
Garnish and serve
Garnish the corndog with liquid cheese and ketchup on top. You can also serve it with mustard sauce.
