Ingredients
One tsp oil, half tsp cumin seeds, three onions, half cup poha, half cup coconut, one tsp chaat masala, three tsp sugar, one and a half tsp ginger-chilli paste, half tsp garam masala, half tsp amchur powder, salt, half cup of coriander leaves, one potato, samosa Patti, oil.
Take a pan
You have to take a pan and heat the oil. After that, add cumin seeds and onion, and cook for a minute, then remove.
Add poha
Afterwards, you have to add poha, coconut, and mix. Now, toss it well to combine the stuffing mixture evenly.
Add chaat masala
Add chaat masala, sugar, ginger-chilli paste, garam masala, amchur powder, salt, and coriander leaves.
Add a boiled potato
Now, you need to add a boiled potato, mix well. Afterwards, cool it before using the stuffing to fill the samosa patti.
Serve
Now, just fold the samosa patti into a triangular shape, fill with stuffing, seal the edges, and fry in low heat. Serve it!
