Ingredients
One-third sabudana (boiled), one cup of chopped mango, one cup of coconut water, half a cup of fresh tender coconut (malai), one cup of coconut milk, half a cup of regular milk, lots of ice, and honey to taste.
Soak sago (sabudana)
Soak the sago overnight and wash it a few times before using. Boil it for 4-5 minutes and strain. Run it under cold water to remove extra starch.
Make mango puree
Take a mixer and add chopped mango with coconut water. Blend it well into a smooth puree.
Add honey and coconut milk
Now, add coconut milk and regular milk to the puree and stir it well. Add honey for added sweetness.
Combine ingredients
Take a big bowl and add chopped mango pieces, blended mango puree with milk, chopped tender coconut, soaked sago and ice.
Garnish and serve
Transfer this into small glasses. Garnish with chopped mango chunks on top and serve.
