Ingredients
One orange, half a cup of water, one kale leaf , and two ripe bananas.
Blend oranges
Peel the oranges and add them to the blender. Blend it until it has turned into the juice.
Add kale leaves
Break and cut leaves into smaller pieces and add it to the mixer with water. Blend it on high speed until it is smooth.
Add banana
Break the banana into pieces and add to the blender. Blend it until smooth and creamy.
Serve
Transfer the smoothie into a glass and serve after adding ice cubes.
