Ingredients
One cup of all-purpose flour, one teaspoon of baking powder, three tablespoons of cocoa powder, two tablespoons of melted butter, one egg, one cup of milk, three mashed bananas, one teaspoon of vanilla essence, three tablespoons of sugar, and a pinch of salt.
Mix Dry Ingredients
Take a separate bowl and add all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Mix it together evenly.
Combine Wet Ingredients
Take the bowl with mashed bananas and add melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla essence. Whisk it well to combine everything.
Combine wet and dry ingredients
Now, slowly pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Stir it continuously to avoid lump formation.
Cook pancake
Take a pan and grease it with oil. Pour and spread the pancake batter. Cook it evenly from both sides until golden brown.
Garnish pancakes
Garnish the pancakes with chopped banana slices and melted chocolate on top. You can also add honey or maple syrup.
