Ingredients
10-12 strawberries, one cup of condensed milk, two tablespoons of almonds, two tablespoons of cashew nut, two cups of desiccated coconut, a tablespoon of coconut oil, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, and one cup of dark chocolate for dipping, and wooden sticks.
Prepare strawberries
Start by thoroughly washing strawberries in baking soda and water. Chop them finely into small pieces.
Cook condensed milk
Take a pan and add chopped strawberries with coconut oil, vanilla extract, and condensed milk. Cook it for a minute until it is combined.
Add dried fruits
Now, add chopped almonds, cashews and desiccated coconut. Stir it continuously until it starts to thicken.
Shape balls
Let the mixture cool down for sometime and divide the cooked dough into small pieces. Make small balls and set them on a plate.
Freeze
Add wooden sticks separately to each ball. Refrigerate the balls for 1-2 hours to set completely. Melt the dark chocolate using the double boiler method.
Dip in melted chocolate
Once the pops are set, dip them in dark chocolate. Refrigerate it again for 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
