Beetroot Parantha Recipe For Anaemic People

Ingredients

Two cups of wheat flour, one cup of beetroot, half a tablespoon of ginger powder, half a tablespoon of cumin powder, half a tablespoon of garam masala, and two tablespoons of desi ghee.

Peel and cut beetroot

Peel and thoroughly wash beetroot. Cut and dice it into smaller pieces.

Blend puree

Add beetroot slices into a mixer with half a cup of water. Blend it for a few minutes until it is smooth and creamy.

Knead a dough

Take a bowl and add wheat flour, lukewarm water, desi ghee, salt, cumin seeds, ginger powder, and garam masala and knead it into a small dough.

Cook paratha

Divide the dough into small sections and roll out the parathas in circles. Cook it on a pan from both sides until golden brown.
