INGREDIENTS
To make this delicious and healthy beetroot salad you will need one boiled and grated beetroot, 1/4 cup of yoghurt, a pinch of chaat masala, a pinch of black pepper, one teaspoon of oil, 1/2 teaspoon of mustard seeds, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds, and 4-5 curry leaves.
BEETROOT
Take one fresh beetroot finely grate it with the help of a grater and boil it for 5-10 minutes or until it gets cooked.
ADD YOGHURT
Now, take out the boiled beetroot in a bowl and add 1/4 cup of yoghurt to it. Yoghurt contains healthy bacteria and beetroot has antioxidants that help to boost immunity.
ADD SPICES
Now add a pinch of chaat masala and a pinch of black pepper to the bowl. These spices will help enhance the taste of the beetroot salad.
PREPARE TADKA
To make Takda, take a small Tadka pan and add one teaspoon of oil, 1/2 cup of mustard seeds, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds, and 4-5 curry leaves to it keep them on the heat for one minute.
ADD TADKA
Now add the Tadka to the beetroot salad. It will help to aromatise the salad and provide it delightful taste.
SERVE
