Ingredients
Two cups of full-fat milk, two cups of milk powder, one cup of sugar, two cups of chopped mango, half a teaspoon of vanilla extract, one tablespoon of cardamom powder, and chopped nuts.
Combine milk and condensed milk
Take a mixer and add full-fat milk and condensed milk to it. Grind it into a smooth and creamy mixture.
Mix ingredients
Now, add vanilla extract, sugar, chopped mango cubes, and milk powder. Blend it into a smooth, lump-free mixture.
Cool the mixture
Cover the mixture with a plastic sheet and refrigerate it for 10-15 minutes. This will cool the mixture.
Freeze kulfi
Now, pour the mixture into a silicone tray or kulfi mould. Place wooden sticks in between and cover them with foil. Freeze the kulfi for 6-7 hours or overnight.
Serve
Once the kulfi is set, de-mould the kulfi and place it on the plate. Garnish each kulfi with cardamom powder and chopped nuts on top.
