Ingredients
1-2 cups of murmure/rice puffs/puffed rice, one chopped tomato, one chopped onion, 2-3 green chillies, 2-3 tablespoons of mint chutney, 2-3 tablespoons of tamarind (imli) chutney, half a teaspoon of chilli powder, half a teaspoon of chaat masala, salt to taste, one tablespoon of sev, half a lemon, one tablespoon of roasted peanuts, and one tablespoon of coriander leaves.
Roast puffed rice and peanuts
Heat oil in a pan and add puffed rice with peanuts. Roast the puffed rice until it is golden brown and crisp.
Add vegetables
Transfer the puffed rice into a big bowl and add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, green chillies, and roasted peanuts. Toss it well to mix it with the ingredients.
Add spices
Now, sprinkle salt, chilli powder, and chaat masala on it. Add imili chutney and mint chutney to enhance the tangy flavour.
Garnish and serve
Garnish the chaat with chopped coriander leaves, sev, and squeeze lemon juice on top. Toss it well and serve.
