Ingredients
One ripe Avocado, one-fourth cup of plain Greek yoghurt, half a small Onion, chopped, 1-2 green chillies, half a lemon juice, half a tomato, diced without seeds, one tablespoon of coriander leaves, one tablespoon of olive oil, salt, pepper, & chilli Flakes
Prepare avocados
Slice an avocado and scoop out the pulp to a bowl. Mash the avocado and add Greek yoghurt. Whisk it well to combine.
Chop vegetables
Wash and peel the onion and tomato. Now, chop green chillies, onions, tomato and coriander leaves.
Add spices
Now, add chilli flakes, pepper salt, lemon juice, and coriander leaves to the avocado. Stir it well to combine.
Assemble dip
Now, add chopped onion and tomato to the dip. Squeeze some lemon juice on top and give it a good mix.
Garnish and serve
Drizzle some olive oil and some sesame seeds on top. Add this to a toast or pair it with nachos as a dip.
