Ingredients
4-6 slices of bread, one cup of dahi (curd), two tablespoons of green chutney, a teaspoon of mustard seeds, 1-2 tablespoons of oil or butter, a few curry leaves, a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of black pepper, one chopped onion, one chopped tomato, and 1-2 green chilli.
Prepare dahi filling
Take a mixing bowl and add curd, salt, pepper, green chilli, corn, tomato, and onion. stir it well to combine together.
Prepare tadka
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Cook it until it starts to sputter and combine it with the curd mixture.
Assemble sandwich
Now, take two slices of bread and spread green chutney on one side and curd foiling on the other side.
Toast sandwich
Heat butter or oil on a pan and add the sandwich to it. Toast the sandwich on both sides until golden brown and crispy.
Serve sandwich
Cut the sandwich into two and serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney. Pair this with morning and evening tea.
