Ingredients

Two cups of full-fat milk, one cup of sugar, half a cup of condensed milk, half a teaspoon of vanilla extract, one tablespoon of cardamom powder, two tablespoons of chopped (pistachios, almonds)

Boil milk

Pour the milk in a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Let it simmer a low flame for a few minutes until it starts to thicken.

Combine condensed milk and sugar

Now, add condensed milk, milk powder and sugar to it. Mix it well and cook it for 8-10 minutes until it is combined.

Add nuts

Now, add cardamom powder, pistachios and almonds to this heat and stir it well. Let this cool down to room temperature.

Cool the mixture

Cover the mixture with a plastic sheet and refrigerate it for 10-15 minutes. This will cool the mixture.

Freeze kulfi

Now, pour the mixture into small, dry matkas (earthen pots). Cover it with foil and freeze the kulfi for 6-7 hours or overnight.
