Ingredients
Half cup ghee, one cup gram flour, one cup wheat flour, one cup powdered sugar, five cashews (chopped), one-fourth tsp cardamom powder, five almonds (chopped).
Heat the Ghee
Heat the ghee in a pan on a low flame. Add the chopped cashew and almonds as soon as it melts. Saute them until golden brown.
Roast the Flours
Add the gram flour and wheat flour in the pan. Roast it till it gets golden brown on low flame while stirring constantly.
Add Cardamom Powder
Stir in the cardamom powder for fragrance. Afterwards, roast it for a few more minutes to bring out its flavour.
Add Powdered Sugar
Add in the powdered sugar once it has roasted. Mix the whole thing well, after that allow the sugar to dissolve.
Shape the Ladoos
Allow it to cool slightly, afterwards, shape into small rounded ladoos using your hands. Let them set.
