Ingredients
One-fourth cup ghee, one cup badam, half cup cashew, one-fourth cup pistachios, half cup raisins, six anjeer, three tbsp pumpkin seeds, three tbsp sunflower seeds, two tbsp sesame, one tbsp poppy seeds, one cup dry coconut, 350 grams dates.
Roast Nuts
Heat ghee in a pan. Roast one cup each of whole almonds, half cup of cashews, and one-fourth cup of pistachios till they are crunchy. Keep it aside.
Roast Raisins and Anjeer
Using the same pan, heat one tsp ghee, and roast half cup of raisins and six pieces of anjeer for some time.
Roast Seeds and Coconut
Dry roast three tbsp of pumpkin seeds, three tbsp of sunflower seeds, two tbsp of sesame seeds, one tbsp of poppy seeds, and one cup of dry coconut.
Cook Dates
Heat a large kadai with a tablespoon of ghee. Add 350 grams of dates and cook on low flame till they are tender and mashable completely.
Shape Ladoos
Mix roasted nuts and seeds in the date paste and form them into ladoos. You have to leave to cool down before you enjoy.
