Ingredients
One cup lauki / dudhi/bottle gourd, handful mint/pudina, half tsp cumin powder/jeera powder, half tsp pepper, one inch ginger, one-fourth tsp salt, two tsp lemon juice, one cup water, few ice cubes.
Take lauki
You can take one cup of peeled inside chopped lauki. Now, put it in a blender jar that is clean and dry.
Add mint
Add mint, cumin powder, pepper, ginger, salt, lemon juice, and mix everything well together nicely.
Add water
Afterwards, add one cup of chilled water into it and blend till smooth. After that, mix it well to avoid lumps.
Serve
Pour into a glass with some ice cubes and then enjoy your refreshing lauki juice.
