Ingredients
One cup oats, one-fourth cup rava, one-fourth cup besan, one tsp cumin, one-fourth tsp turmeric, half tomato, half carrot, half onion, half capsicum, one-fourth cup curd, half tsp salt, half tsp chilli flakes, half cup water, half tsp eno fruit salt, oil.
Prepare the Dry Ingredients
Take a container and stir oats, rava, besan, cumin, turmeric, and salt. You can also add chilli flakes for a flavourful omelette batter.
Add the Vegetables
Afterwards, add finely chopped tomato, carrot, onion, and capsicum to the dry ingredients for added crunch and freshness.
Mix with Curd and Water
Place curd and water into the mixture. Mix it well till it gets smooth to avoid lumps, and batter forms with a pourable consistency.
Activate with Eno
Before you cook, add eno fruit salt. Stir it gently to make the omelette light and fluffy when cooked.

Take a pan and heat the oil. Place a lump of batter and spread evenly to form a thick, round omelette.
Flip and Serve
