15-Minute Instant Mango Coconut Ladoo Recipe For Kids

Ingredients

One cup of mango pulp, one and a half cups of grated coconut, one-fourth cup of condensed milk, half a teaspoon of cardamom powder, one tablespoon of ghee, and grated pistachios and almonds.

Prepare mangoes

Start by washing and peeling the overripe mangoes. Cut the mango into small pieces and separate the seed.

Combine mango and condensed milk

Now, take a saucepan and add the mango pulp with condensed milk. Stir it well on a medium flame until smooth and creamy.

Add grated coconut

Now, add grated coconut, cardamom powder, and nuts to this mixture. Mix it well until it is thick and make a soft dough.

Shape the ladoos

Let the mixture cool down to room temperature and grease your palms with ghee. Roll small ladoos out and coat the coconut mixture.
