Ingredients
One cup of chopped paneer, 1-2 dried red chillies, 3-4 green chillies, 2-3 chopped spring onions, soy sauce, vinegar cornflour, salt and pepper to taste, cornflour, oil, and water as required.
Prepare paneer
Chop the paneer into small cubes and toss it in salt, pepper and cornflour. Shallow fry the paneer until crispy and golden brown. Transfer the paneer on a tissue paper.
Saute spices
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic, green chillies, dried red chillies, and spring onions. Saute the spices until golden brown and fragrant.
Prepare sauce
In the same pan add vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, and water. Add salt, pepper as required. Cook the sauce with spices for two minutes.
Toss paneer
Now, add the chopped paneer cubes to the sauce and coat it evenly. Saute it for 2-3 minutes. Squeeze some lemon juice and mix.
Serve
Serve the paneer hot with a bowl of fried rice on the side. You can also add bell peppers for that extra crunch.
