How To Make Italian Style Red Sauce Pasta In 10 Minutes?

Ingredients

Two cups pasta, two tablespoons of butter, three tomatoes, one onion, 4-5 garlic cloves, a tablespoon of olive oil, one cup of vegetables (onions, babycorn, and capsicum, olives), one-fourth teaspoon black pepper, half a teaspoon oregano, a teaspoon of chilli falkes, salt, and pepper as required.

Boil pasta

Add pasta with a pinch of salt and water in a pressure cooker. Cook until it is soft and tender. Drain the water and set aside.

Prepare red sauce

Take the boiled tomatoes and blend them to make a smooth puree. Now, add milk, cashews, and water. Blend it again until smooth.

Season the sauce

Now, add black pepper, oregano, chilli flakes, and minced garlic. Toss it well to season the sauce and cook it until the garlic smell is gone.

Saute the vegetables

Heat olive oil in a pan and add onion, olives, baby corn, and bell peppers. Saute them for a few minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Assemble pasta

Now, add the boiled pasta and sauteed vegetables to the red sauce and stir it well until it is combined. Add grated cheese on top and let it melt.

Garnish and serve

Garnish the pasta with fresh basil leaves and serve it with bread toast or garlic bread on the side. Enjoy it on a lazy evening or movie nights.
