Ingredients
One cup of pasta, one tablespoon of chilli oil, two tablespoons of chopped garlic, two sliced green chillies, one tablespoon of soy sauce, one tablespoon of chilli sauce, a teaspoon of vinegar, one cup of vegetables (sliced onions, bell peppers, and carrots), one-fourth teaspoon of black pepper, half a teaspoon of salt, and sugar as required.
Boil noodles
Add noodles with a pinch of salt and water to a pressure cooker. Cook until it is soft and tender. Drain the water and rinse under cold water.
Season the sauce
Add chilli oil, green chillies, and minced garlic. Toss it well to season the sauce and cook it until the garlic smell is gone.
Saute the vegetables
Now, add sliced onion, bell peppers, and carrots. Season with salt and pepper and saute for 5-7 minutes until crisp and soft.
Add sauces
Add soy sauce, vinegar, and chilli sauce to the vegetables. Add the boiled noodles and coat in the sauce mixture.
Garnish and serve
Garnish the noodles with chilli oil, salt, sugar, and black pepper on top. Serve it hot for a perfect evening snack.
