Ingredients
Half a cup of curd, half a teaspoon red chilli powder, half a teaspoon black pepper powder, half a teaspoon of chaat masala, salt, burger buns, one sliced timato, one sliced onion, cheese slice, tomato sauce, and mustard sauce.
Marinate paneer
Take a bowl and combine curd, red chilli powder, pepper, chaat masala, salt. Coat the paneer slices with for 15-20 minutes.
Cook paneer
Take the marninated paneer and heat oil in pan. Cook the paneer slices on a low flame until golden brown and crispy from both sides.
Toast buns
Now, take the burner buns and cut them in half. Toast the buns on the same pan and add the leftover sauce for added flavour.
Assemble burgers
Take the tasted buns and spread mustard sauce, and tomato sauce on it. Add tomato slice, onion slice, cheese slice, and paneer in between.
Serve
Cut the burgers into half and seve with cheesy dip or mint chutney on the side. Pair this fries on the side.
