Ingredients
Two cups of boiled rajma (kidney beans), half an inch of grated ginger, 2-3 green chillies, half a cup of boiled peas an mashed potatoes, one-fourth cup of chopped onion, a handful of chopped coriander, lemon juice, one tablespoon of red chilli powder, salt to taste, 2-3 tablespoons oil for cooking.
Ingredients for healthy mayo:
One cup of paneer, half a cup of dahi, 1-2 cloves of garlic, one tablespoon of red chilli powder, salt to taste, sliced onions, and lettuce.
Combine ingredients
Take a bowl and add boiled rajma, coriander leaves, mashed potato, boiled peas, chopped onion, lemon juice, salt, and red chilli powder.
Shape cutlets
Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into small round patties. Cook the tikis until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Prepare mayo
Take a mixer and add paneer, dahi, garlic cloves, red chilli powder, and salt. Grind it well to make a spicy mayo.
Toast buns
Now, take the burger buns and cut them in half. Toast the buns on the same pan and add the leftover sauce for added flavour.
Assemble burgers
Take the toasted buns and spread prepared mayo and tikki. Add a tomato slice, an onion slice, and a cheese slice in between.
Serve
Cut the burgers in half and serve with cheesy dip or mint chutney on the side. Pair this with fries on the side.
