Ingredients
To make chia seed oil you need, three tablespoons of chia seeds, three-fourth cup of coconut oil, and one-fourth cup of castor oil.
Roast seeds
Take a pan and add chia seeds. Lightly roast the chia seeds over medium flame for two minutes.
Grind the seeds
Take a mixer and roast chia seeds. Crush it using mortal and pestle for a few minutes until you get a fine powder.
Heat the oil
Take a pan and add coconut oil with castor oil. Heat the oil over a low flame for five minutes.
Infuse seeds
Add the chia seed powder to the oil and pour it into a glass jar. Infuse the oil and keep it near sunlight for 7-10 days.
Strain the oil
Strain the oil using a sieve or a muslin cloth and pour into a glass container. Store it in a cool place.
How To Apply?
Massage the oil in circular motions for a few minutes. Wash it off with the mild shampoo after 40 minutes with a mild shampoo.
