Ingredients
For this shot, you require 2-3 fresh Amla berries (Indian gooseberry), one small beetroot, half a teaspoon of black salt, an inch of ginger, a teaspoon of honey, one-fourth cup of water, and a tablespoon of lemon juice.
Prepare amla juice
Deseed the amla and add it to the blender with water. Blend the juice until smooth and strain the juice. You can also add amla powder instead.
Combine ingredients
Now, add chopped beetroot slices, amla juice, ginger, and water to a blender. Blend it well to extract the juice.
Add lemon juice and honey
