Sciatica pain is caused by pressure on the sciatic nerve which is located in the back of your thigh. Here are some pain relief exercises for sciatica.

Lean Back

Stand with your back straight and rest your hands on your hips. Now push your hips forward and lean backwards with your spine.

Tuck & Back

Staying in a similar position as the previous exercise, this time make a repeated motion by bending forward and backwards.

Glute Strech

Sit on a chair with your back straight. Rest one on your foot over the knee on the other leg. In a straight motion, try to touch your chest on your foot.

Spine Twist

Sit on the ground with your legs straight. Now place one of your feet beside your knee. Grab the elevated knee and make a turn.

Knee to chest

Lie straight on the ground. Lift one of your knees and grab it with your hands to pull it towards your chest.
